the staff accommodated my early check-in and allowed luggage storage post-checkout, which i greatly appreciated. my room included a cooler fan, which helped combat the warmer temperatures . the availability of various refreshments in the room was a thoughtful touch, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and water.
the room was somewhat small, and lacked a wardrobe for more extended stays.
